The Watergate Street Gallery is delighted to have been chosen to host an exhibition of 15 truly remarkable artists
'Breath of Life' is the first of two stunning portfolios published in aid of the British Heart Foundation Mending Broken Hearts Appeal, consisting of a collection of limited edition original prints by fifteen contributing artists.
The portfolio features work by a truly remarkable group of artists - Sir Peter Blake, John Hoyland, Bruce Mclean, Maurice Cockrill, Patrick Hughes, Tom Phillips, Duggie Fields, Barbara Rae, Brendan Neiland, Donald Hamilton Fraser, Antony Micallef, Maggi Hambling, Gerard Hemsworth, Storm Thorgerson and Brad Faine.
The second portfolio in the series 'Joy of Life' will be launched in February 2011.
The Mending Broken Hearts Appeal is one of the most important fundraising efforts ever undertaken by the British Heart Foundation. The goal is simple; to raise £50 million to fund the research into a cutting-edge programme of cardiac regenerative medicine, specifically world-leading stem cell research and developmental biology that could literally mend the broken hearts of millions, within just 10 years.
Supporters will be able to purchase the whole portfolio of 15 prints as a beautifully presented boxed set for £10,000 or individually as below. Prices exclude framing.
Availability is already low and we have managed to secure 2 complete boxed sets which are incredibly collectable and exceptional investment opportunities.
All profits from publisher sales will be donated to the British Heart Foundation.
